Suzanne Morrison was appointed Director of Marketing, Hatch Stamping Company, in October 2014.

Suzanne is a seasoned marketing and sales professional with extensive experience in bridging marketing and sales through effective communication and marketing. Suzanne has a great deal of expertise in the areas of marketing leadership, process improvement, sales operations and management, team building, organization development, change management and planning.  She has also been a strong resource in the merger and acquisition efforts of Hatch Stamping and supported the launch of a new facility in China.  Additionally, Suzanne is responsible for Training and Contract Administration for Hatch Stamping as well as special projects particularly in the area of leadership and strategy.

In her role at Hatch Stamping Company, Suzanne has developed and directed the corporate marketing organization.  She has implemented and facilitated strategic planning including but not limited to corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer interaction, growth, executive team development and organizational training.  In addition, she has provided sales mentorship and sales training building strong marketing and sales teams.  Suzanne established customer satisfaction processes, reporting, metrics and analysis. Along with providing leadership and training in the use of a sales methodology and processes.  Suzanne is responsible for directing the training organization internally as well as working with external providers.  She and her team service the 1,300 employees worldwide providing learning experiences, tracking success and creating as well as delivering content.    

Suzanne has been the driving force behind Hatch Stamping Company’s community involvement initiatives throughout the entire organization.  The employees, with Suzanne’s leadership and guidance, have supported organizations such as Gleaners Food Bank, Chambers of Commerce, The Humane Society, Ele’s Place, ALS, Toys for Tots, Children’s Advocacy Center of Tennessee, Robotics Clubs, and many other student organizations to name just a few.

Prior to Hatch Stamping, Suzanne held executive positions at Vertafore and Geac. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Cleary University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Suzanne currently serves on the LESA Employer and Education Collaborative Board, the Chelsea CTE Robotic Board, the Michigan Manufacturers Association Board and the PMA Education Foundation Board, the Chelsea Education Foundation Board as well as other local manufacturing, CTE and Robotic related positions.
