OJT Program Analysis

OJT Program Analysis provides best practices in structuring Digital Twins (DT) for On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs using STS software technology or opensource database and spreadsheet software applications.  DT are the ideal solution for managing training that must occur on the floor or at the machine with minimal disruption on production.  Companies will be empowered to use software to effectively manage training in the natural flow of work and to keep training relevant in the face of rapid change in the workplace. 

Participants will learn the principles of DT software data structuring and how to operationalize them into practical methods to execute in the workplace. Proven DT software schemas will be reviewed.  Participants will learn how to design DT software schemas based on needed rigor to align with desired principles and company operational circumstances.

This course is intended for company managers, HR professionals, and IT professionals with responsibility for managing talent development through OJT training.  It includes one-to-one mentoring from an expert instructor and concludes with a NIMS certificate.

Prerequisites - knowledge of OJT implementation, spreadsheet applications, general computer skills.
