Customized PMs must be presented to NIMS for approval during an online meeting.
To prepare for your presentation:
- Identify actual or simulated workplace activities that demand all duties within the standards for the role.
- Identify tasks associated with the activities and how you will measure success or failure for these tasks.
- Define the resources required to facilitate the activities as an assessment.
- Schedule an appointment to present your PM to NIMS.
